A 10-tower, 15-acre master planned community with over two acres of public parkland is coming to Mississauga City Centre at Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway. Rogers Real Estate Development Ltd. will own and develop the project. It has engaged New York-based Cooper Robertson to design the framework and Canadian developer Urban Capital to manage the process. M City condo is being developed by the Rogers Real estate Development Ltd. The condos are designed by Roberts Cooper, a New York based designer. The process is being managed by Urban Capital. The M City Condos will add value to the city. The condos will be expected to have a stunning landmark typical of all projects worked on by Rodgers group.
